Refund Policy

At My Wool Affair, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not be quite what you expected, and we’re here to make your return or refund process as smooth as possible.

1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds are only applicable to the value of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product at no extra cost. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Custom-made or personalized products
- Opened or used yarns and handmade items
- Gift cards and downloadable content
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
