Shipping Policy

At My Wool Affair, we aim to deliver your crafting inspiration straight to your door—quickly, safely, and affordably. Whether you're based in South Africa or ordering from abroad, our shipping process is designed with care and clarity.

1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Custom or handmade items may take additional time; specific lead times will be stated on the product page.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer domestic and international delivery through trusted courier partners.

South Africa (Local Delivery):
- Standard Courier: 2–5 business days
- Express Courier (where available): 1–2 business days

International Shipping:
- Delivery times vary by location (7–21 business days on average)
- Tracking numbers are provided for all international orders

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
- Free shipping on orders over R[insert amount] (for South Africa only).
- International shipping fees vary depending on destination and weight.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package’s journey anytime.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

5. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping addresses, or courier disruptions.
- If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours. We’ll work with the courier and you to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Pickup & In-Store Options
We also offer free in-store collection at both our locations:

75 Breë Street, Parys

Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout and wait for a ready-for-pickup notification.
